SURF INITIATION
In this first lesson of initiation we will have a first contact with the Surf with fun sessions with the purpose of fomenting the interest and taste for the activity.

Class of initiation:
– Familiarization with the material;
– Adaptation to the aquatic environment;
– Knowledge of security rules;
– Take the take off;
– Base position
– Catching waves without the help of the trainer;

Ratio: 1 Coach Certified for every 5 students

SURF PROGRESSION
– Cut the waves in the foam to both sides; – This class is for surfers who already know Cut the wave and are starting their process of Learning of maneuvers.

Objectives:
– Improve the position and the base position of the surf;
– Improve sea reading and positioning within of water;
– Improve or improve top turn, botom turn and cut Back.
